We choose only certified yarns, discover all our certifications

At Flo’ we believe that being eco-friendly means being accountable and transparent and we look at our business as a way to put people, nature and the environment first. That’s why we source our yarns only from Italian suppliers that can guarantee and trace every single step of the production process. ZQue certified wool is the world’s leading ethical wool: it meets fibre quality, animal welfare, care for the environment and social responsibility standards, up to the final stage of yarn spinning.

GOTS certified yarns
The Global Organic Textile Standard is the world wide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent third-party certification of the entire textile supply chain.

TF - Traceability & Fashiont
is the voluntary traceability system, promoted by Unioncamere and the Italian Chambers of Commerce and managed by Union Filiere, to develop and enhance the products of the Gold and Fashion chains, protagonists of Made in Italy.

RWS (Responsible Wool Standard)
the Responsible Wool Standard is a voluntary standard that addresses the welfare of sheep and the land they graze on.

Mulesing Free certified
mulesing is a terrible practice used in sheep farms which consists in removing part of the skin from the perianal area of the animals, we verify that all our yarns are FREE mulesing certified and that the wool we buy does not come from farms that do not use this torture.

Where we realized it

Garment made entirely in Italy, from the design to the production. This garment is handcrafted in a small Turin artisan laboratory. The finishing, made entirely by hand, is provided by ancient knitting machines, the same machines used by our grandmothers. Susi's skilled hands and impeccable taste make these garments unique and precious.
