We ship worldwide. If you do not find your shipping option please contact us via email at info@lettheflowersflow.com

We look for the best partners to guarantee the best, fastest and safest shipping options. We offer free shipping within Italy for orders over or equal to €250.

Please add your phone number to your order to avoid delays in shipping. Give us as much information regarding the delivery: floor, door number, appartment, building, digit code.

All our products are shipped from Italy.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation.

You should receive your order confirmation email right after placing your order. But delays can happen—if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours after placing your order, please check your spam box. And if you are still unable to locate your order confirmation, please please contact us.

As your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a tracking number via e-mail - please be sure to include your email address when placing your order.

We are not able to  guarantee any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. You can try to contact info@lettheflowersflow.com by sending your request and if the order has not been processed yet we will try our best to assist you.

If you order from an extra-Eu country, your order may be subject to duties or taxes upon arrival into your country based on where you live. You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes that apply. These are government-imposed duties that we have no control and not depending from us. Should you require more information, please contact your local customs office.

Usually additional fees are requested to be paid online with a link provided by the courrier, or directly to your courier upon delivery. In any case you will be required to pay these import taxes before your order will be released to you.

Unfortunately, if you fail to pay any charges and the parcel is returned back to us, we will not be able to refund your order.

Please note that  at today for UK we can only accept minimum orders of 151,00 €. For orders from UK, your Gov will request the payment of UK VAT + custom duties.
