Lotus

Inspired by the lotus flower, Lotus embodies timeless harmony and beauty. Crafted from a luxurious blend of mohair and wool, it wraps around the body with a delicate softness and warmth, much like the petals of a lotus protect its heart. Warm, soft, and elegant, Lotus is the perfect companion for colder days, gracefully adapting to any occasion. Ethically made, this piece honors both the environment and the people involved in its creation.

Mohair wool

The Mohair wool featured in Lotus originates from the luxurious fleece of the Angora goat, celebrated for its softness and luster. This lightweight yarn brings a sense of airiness and comfort, making each piece a joy to wear. When paired with carded wool, Mohair enhances durability, ensuring the garments are resilient enough for daily wear while maintaining their gentle touch. This harmonious blend wraps the
body in warmth and protection during cooler moments. Ethically crafted in Italy, Lotus reflects a deep respect for both the environment and the artistry behind its creation.

Who makes Lotus?

Cristina lovingly and diligently crafts each of our Lotus pieces, using only antique machines and manual techniques. This makes every garment truly unique.

Take care of Lotus

Wool is magical: if you leave the sweater outside overnight, it regenerates and self-cleans, removing odors. It’s not necessary to wash the sweater every time; once or twice during the season is sufficient. We recommend hand washing and gentle drying for Lotus, following the ancient technique of rolling it in a towel, a method passed down from grandmothers.
